ShockLog® 248
The ShockLog 248 monitors and records impact and environmental conditions affecting structures or equipment during storage, utilisation, and transportation. The device promptly alerts users to unacceptable conditions that could compromise shipment performance or safety, enabling immediate inspection or corrective action.
Comprehensive Data Tracking
The shock data collector can be affixed to structures or goods to monitor impact and temperature conditions, providing alerts for inspection and remediation upon reaching the next destination.
The data logger tracks impact levels and internal temperatures, capturing peak values within specified time intervals and documenting detailed impact curves for up to 15 events. Its event summary log stores 128 event notifications and 262,000 time slots.
Effortless Data Access
Users can conveniently configure, access, and retrieve data through the USB or iButton interface. The USB port allows complete data retrieval and comprehensive programming control, while the software facilitates data export for analysis.
Offered in impact scale ranges of 10G, 30G, and 100G, the shock recorder is suitable for various applications, including automotive components, logistics, water treatment, medical supplies and devices, packaging and crating, transportation (such as trucking fleets, cranes, and rail cars), and electronics.
