Desiccators
Desiccators, also known as dehumidifiers and dehydrators, protect against moisture, humidity and corrosion from the ambient environment. These enclosed and sealed desiccators are filled with silica gel or molecular sieves desiccants and are available in standard and customisable units to suit various military applications.
The drying units can also be fitted with a humidity indicator that monitors saturation levels, providing notifications for desiccant replacement or cartridge change. Valves can also be installed in the desiccators to enhance functionality, allowing for gas-controlled release when needed.

Tubular Desiccators
Tubular desiccators are tubes fitted into electronics, optical, and electro-optical equipment that absorb moisture until saturation and indicate when it needs a refill or desiccant change. They use either a molecular sieve or silica gel for absorbing moisture or humidity and are suitable for sensitive equipment in low-temperature environments.
Ultra Clean Desiccators
Ultra-clean desiccators are filled with silica gel or molecular sieve, protecting against moisture, corrosion, and contaminations in sensitive equipment. These desiccators are suitable for low-temperature environments.
Small Panel Mounting Desiccators
Small panel mounting desiccators protect against moisture, humidity, and contamination. They can be fitted with humidity indicators and use a molecular sieve or silica gel as a desiccant. They are suitable for equipment that operates in low-temperature environments and reduce incoming and existing moisture levels.
Plastic Panel Mounting Desiccators
Plastic panel mounting desiccators protect electrical, electronics, computer, and telecommunication equipment from moisture, corrosion, and contamination. They have a humidity indicator that turns pink when it reaches its maximum capacity and blue when the desiccant is dry. Silica gel or molecular sieves are adsorbing agents to lower existing or incoming moisture levels to acceptable levels.
Pipeline Desiccators
Pipeline desiccators are designed to remove moisture and water content from compressed gas lines, maintaining a low dew point temperature and reducing the content of water vapours. They use either a molecular sieve or silica gel to absorb moisture or humidity and are suitable for highly sensitive applications where condensation of water vapours should not occur.
Metal Panel Mounting Desiccators
Metal panel mounting desiccators have a humidity indicator to check the moisture saturation. It protects computers, electrical equipment, and electronics against dampness, corrosion, and contamination. Silica gel or molecular sieve is used as the moisture adsorbing agent. It is ideal for applications where the equipment is operated at low temperatures.
Hydrocarbon Adsorption Unit
Hydrocarbon adsorption unit desiccators protect equipment from dampness, corrosion, and contamination. They can be combined with a humidity indicator to indicate when the unit needs cartridge replacement or desiccant change. They use a molecular sieve or silica gel to absorb moisture or humidity and are suitable for equipment operating in low-temperature environments.
High Voltage Motor Protection Unit
High voltage motor protection unit has a humidity indicator that monitors moisture saturation and indicates when it needs cartridge replacement or desiccant change. It uses either a molecular sieve or silica gel to absorb moisture or humidity and is suitable for use with highly sensitive equipment.
Free Standing Desiccators
Free-standing desiccators can be combined with a humidity indicator and desiccant to monitor moisture saturation levels. They use molecular sieves or silica gel to absorb moisture or humidity and are made from quality perforated and anodised aluminium. Customised free-standing desiccant units are available depending on the particular requirements and applications.
Breather Desiccators
The breather desiccator protects against pressure differentials and minimises moisture levels. It can be combined with a two-way valve or valve/humidity indicator breather and uses molecular sieves or silica gel as an absorbing agent. When the breather desiccant is dry, it is blue. After it absorbs the maximum amount of moisture, it turns pink. It is suitable for susceptible equipment at lower temperatures.
