Static Shielding Bags

Static shielding bags, or ESD barrier bags, protect contents against electronic components’ damage caused by Electrostatic Discharge (ESD). By creating an insulating layer around the enclosed products, these bags prevent the buildup of static electricity and safeguard the components from internal and external static charges.

ESD Protection for Electronic Components

Comprising distinct layers, the bag’s interior layer is made of static dissipative polyethene, while the exterior is made from aluminium shielding. Between them, a polyester layer with an outer static dissipative coating creates a Faraday Cage effect, reinforcing protection.

Equipped with a practical built-in plastic zip closure, these resealable bags are easily secure and reusable. Their semi-transparency allows for quick identification of enclosed contents, and they additionally defend against external factors like UV light, abrasion, and moisture.
