The Nitrogen purging system 1900 rack mounted is a self-contained device that optimises dry gas purging by removing humidity and oxygen inhibition.

Enhanced Gas Purging

The purging system is easy to operate as it only requires connecting a dry gas source to its inlet connection. The system offers user-friendly settings for easy configuration, displaying dewpoint measurements in Degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit alongside pressure readings in Kpa or psi. Liquid displays provide constant information and readouts during operation.

The gas purging unit incorporates a dewpoint monitor to assess gas dryness before purging. Users can utilise the dewpoint stat feature to determine moisture levels and implement an optimised gas and purging procedure for production control.

Efficient Water Vapor Removal

The nitrogen flush system is highly versatile and capable of operating with various global country voltages and frequencies, ranging from 100 to 230 VAC at 50-60 Hz.  Nitrogen purge system is suitable for applications involving image intensifiers, optical instruments, thermal imaging, underwater equipment, surveillance instruments, and electronic housings.

With the dewpoint sensor option, the system automatically monitors the dewpoint dryness, shutting off and isolating the dry gas when the desired dewpoint is achieved. A data logger can be installed to allow users to track dewpoint degradation over time, enabling the calculation of the water vapour transmission rate (WVTR) and water removal rate during the initial purging phase.
