This VCI paper is on the U.S. Department of Defense Qualified Products List (QPL) for MIL-PRF- 3420H, Class 3, Style A (Light duty, kraft, a flat carrier with corrosion inhibitor) NSN-8135-00-810-0481. Made using 40 lb/65 gsm natural kraft.

VCI Paper (VW60H)

This VCI paper is approved by the U.S. Department of Defense and Qualified Products List (QPL) for MIL-PRF-3420, Class 2, Style A (medium-duty, kraft, a flat carrier with corrosion inhibitor). Made using 60 lb/98 gsm² natural kraft and is nitrite-free.

VCI Paper (7090 Mil-Spec)

This VCI paper is designed and tested to provide long-term corrosion protection of ferrous metals in military applications, approved by the U.S. Dept. of Defense and on the Qualified Products List (QPL) for Mil-PRF-3420, Class 1, Style A (heavy-duty, kraft, flat carrier, impregnated with corrosion inhibitor), made using 70 lb/114 gsm² natural kraft. Ideal for heavy parts and long-term corrosion protection of equipment used in military government applications.

VCI Paper (Ferro-Galv)

This VCI paper incorporates a unique blend of corrosion inhibitors to provide excellent corrosion protection capability for galvanised and ferrous metals during storage and shipment. Designed to provide maximum strength and tear resistance whenever needed, it is formulated to protect steel, galvanised (hot dipped and electroplated), zinc, tin, and cast iron.

This VCI paper is ideal for hand wrapping small shaped metal parts against corrosion-causing environmental elements during storage and shipment. Durable and moisture resistant, the paper moulds around ferrous metal shapes. Made using 35 lb/57² gsm natural kraft and specially formulated wax for enhanced moulding and barrier properties.

This VCI wrapper is designed for long-term protection of ferrous metals where a more durable paper is required, made using 60 lb/98 gsm natural kraft paper—superior strength and tear resistance for packaging heavier parts.

This nitrite-free VCI wrapper is designed to protect ferrous metals during long-term storage where additional strength and moisture barriers are required, made with a 40 lb./65 gsm² natural kraft sheet laminated to a 40 lb/65 gsm² natural kraft with 10 lbs/16 gsm² of polyethene.
