The automatic packaging machines feature a transparent lid attached to a stainless steel chamber with deep-drawn sides (no welded corners), ensuring hygiene. The sealers can also be outfitted with various optional features, including gas flushing for modified atmosphere packaging and a vacuum level sensor that guarantees consistent vacuum levels during each cycle.

Designed to fulfil packaging needs across industries such as food processing and medical applications, vacuum sealing units can handle as many bags per cycle as the length of the sealing bar permits. The machines are equipped with dual vacuum chambers and longer seal bars, offering the advantage of packing larger quantities per cycle, boosting productivity.

Effortless Packaging Process

To use a vacuum packaging machine, place a filled bag or pouch onto the chamber’s bed, ensuring the open end is positioned over the sealing bar. The packaging starts automatically once the product is inside and the chamber’s lid or hood is closed.

The vacuum pump removes air from the chamber, followed by a gas flush cycle and sealing. After the vacuum sealing operation, the lid or hood of the vacuum packaging machine opens automatically. Various vacuum sealer models are available in different sizes, from compact tabletop units to floor-standing machines featuring single or double medical vacuum chambers.
