AutoBag Magnum medical baggers are an advanced medical pouch sealing system designed for individual validation and cleanroom use.
High-Speed Medical Pouch Sealer
The medical pouch sealer can package products at speeds of up to 40 bags per minute using Tyvek® Poly or medical-grade paper roll stock, depending on material specifications and bag size. This system is compatible with autoclaves or sterilisers and features an external port and vigilant control system to monitor parameters and alert deviations.
The machine uses a pouching packaging system for chevron or straight seals on various materials. The pouch baggers can achieve fill speeds of up to 70 bags per minute with polyethene tubing. Bag dimensions are adjustable through the touchscreen interface and job storage feature. It also enables remote communication for central monitoring.

The bag can also accommodate thermal transfer printing, and the operating system incorporates support and analytical screens to ensure optimal performance.
The controller interface simplifies integration with counters, scales, robotics, and feeding devices, enhancing automation. It comes with a 1-year limited warranty and extendable to 5 years using our packaging materials.
