This automatic packaging bagger uses poly tubing and pre-opened bags on a roll. Poly tubing is cost-effective and offers flexibility in adjusting bag length and size. It can package products at 70 bags per minute with pre-opened bags on a roll and 40 bags per minute using poly tubing.
The automatic bagger’s built-in interface simplifies integration with robotics or other automated in-feed devices for filling long, bulky products. It has two printer options: a thermal transfer printer or a label applicator for direct bag printing. Customisation choices include a hole punch, a wider seal bar, and a light curtain.
