Our Auto bag semi-automatic bagger is an economical packaging machine designed to open and pack pre-opened bags from a roll. It can be used for various applications, including order fulfilment, spare parts distribution, and short-run production across diverse markets.

Efficient Automatic Bag Filling

The servo-driven controls and job storage reduce waste while accommodating left or right-hand access. Its adaptable height and integration capabilities enhance suitability.

This machine streamlines packaging with a capacity of up to 45 bags per minute, combining filling, sealing, and label printing functions. It has a footswitch for continuous bag filling and activates the electrically operated sealing jaw.

After filling, the bag is separated at perforations, inserted into the sealing jaw, and the footswitch seals it. An included thermal transfer imprinter enhances labelling accuracy, positioned above the next bag for efficiency, ideal for tasks with frequent product and label changes.

Efficient Packaging for Diverse Markets

Networked to a monitoring system, it gathers productivity data for analysis. The auto bagger machine prioritises efficiency with minimal moving parts, eliminating the need for curtains or double switches.
