Galvanised Wire Buckles
Galvanized Wire Buckles are industrial fastening components designed for robust strapping applications. These buckles are manufactured from high-quality steel and undergo galvanisation for enhanced corrosion resistance, ensuring reliable performance in challenging environments.
Dependable Load Stability
The wire buckles are engineered to be used with hot-melt strapping and composite strapping bands. It is resistant to seawater, harsh weather conditions, and corrosion. The galvanised load buckle is designed for easy threading to provide strong load performance.
The buckles are coated with a zinc layer through galvanisation, providing a protective barrier against rust and corrosion, making them suitable for outdoor and humid settings. They can be used for logistics, construction, manufacturing, and shipping applications, where dependable strapping is crucial for load stability.
Industrial Strapping Application
The buckles include a “self-lock” feature that enhances slip resistance, maximising their holding power. The buckles also have a small dent at the corner of the tensioning side, allowing them to close more tightly and become less slippery and stronger. Using the load buckle with polyester lashing secures cargo even when in motion, ensuring safety and security in a practical system.
