The Container Awning Safety Sheet is designed to ensure that cargo and goods are secured firmly in containers, preventing them from slipping, tilting, and falling when the container doors are opened, resulting in damage to goods and workplace injuries. During transportation, goods may shift and tilt against the door due to rough handling during transit. This poses a threat for workers when they open the doors to unload the goods, as these goods may fall out, causing damage to the products and danger to the safety of workers. With Container Awning Safety Sheets, related workplace injuries and damage of goods can be minimised and prevented.
Our Container Awning Safety Sheets can protect and ship lighter, small goods, and loose cartons as it does not have holes and gaps, unlike regular Container Safety Nets. It consists of four 25mm strapping belts of 3.5 meters with an attacked hook on one end and a 2.3 x 2.3 meter PP Woven Sheet with four attached clamp locks, one at each corner. This hook allows fast and efficient installation and utilisation without the need for any extra attachments. Our Container Awning Safety Sheet is made of G85 strapping with a linear strength of 1,000 daN, making the net extremely firm and durable, capable of holding the first row of cartons safely back in the container. With the addition of cross lashing, the Container Awning Safety Sheet is far more durable than most Container Netting Systems. It is highly versatile for many applications and industries such as engineering and machinery, power and refinery, logistics, and many more. With the Container Awning Safety Sheet, damage and workplace injuries during shipping can be minimised, increasing efficiency and productivity.
