The nitrogen purging system 1000 Advantage efficiently utilises dry nitrogen to purge electronic, high-voltage, optical, and gas-drying equipment while preventing oxygen exposure.

Easy Configuration

The user-friendly design connects the dry gas source to the inlet and equipment port, allowing easy configuration of settings for displaying dewpoint measurements and pressure in various units. Its highly visible liquid displays provide real-time information during operation.

Gas flushing system features four built-in testing capabilities to verify equipment sealing standards, including a 0.01 psi pressure leak rate display. Pressure testing is possible from 10.3 Kpa (1.5 psi) to 34.4 Kpa (5.0 psi). The dewpoint monitor enables users to assess gas dryness before purging, ensuring quality control requirements are met for instruments or enclosures.

Precise Moisture Control

The dewpoint stat feature allows users to determine the required moisture volume and implement optimised gas and purging procedures for production control. The system also offers a remote dewpoint sensor option to track progress during purging.

Once the selected dewpoint is reached, the purging unit automatically shuts off and isolates the dry gas. It operates across global country voltages and frequencies (100 to 230 VAC at 50-60 HZ) and is ideal for various applications, including laser systems, SF6 switchgear, optical instruments, underwater, and surveillance equipment.
