Description
The FlashLink® PDF In-Transit Loggers is a range of compact, single-use data loggers that provides users with precise temperature monitoring of readings within the range of -40°F to 150°F (-40°C to 66°C).
It features a built-in USB connector and onboard software, allowing trip information to be retrieved and downloaded once the temperature logger is connected into a PC. This enables users to access the reports as soon as a shipment arrives, which is particularly useful for remote locations.
When the data logger is plugged into a PC, a secure, encrypted PDF report is automatically saved on the local hard drive, allowing users to email and archive reports for quality assurance, traceability, and GDP conveniently.
To meet different application needs, the logging parameters can be configured, such as sample intervals and high/low alarm settings.
Om Mas’s FlashLink® PDF In-Transit Logger is available in 6 different models:
-
FlashLink® Mini PDF In-Transit Logger, Model 31010
The 31010 is a plug-and-play logger, incorporated with the Shadow Log® technology, guaranteeing that receivers would always get trip data, even if a shipper forgets to activate the device. A compact & single-use temperature recorder with a built-in USB connector and onboard software, the 31010 makes it ideal for export shipments.
Receivers across the globe can easily download the recorded trip history without special reading devices or installing software. PDF and CSV reports are generated automatically in both °F and °C scales, including a graph, summary analytics and tabular data. Files can be shared conveniently, printed and saved from a PC, tablet or smartphone with adapter and compatible Adobe Reader application.
The 31010 model is ideal for domestic routes and import/export operations, for all modes of transportation including air, truck, rail or ocean container. Shippers simplify logger inventory management without having to stock multiple models of various logging durations. Recorded data is scaled to fit a graph on a one-page PDF report, which means shorter logging periods are shown with high resolution as a full graph.
-
FlashLink® Mini PDF In-Transit Logger, Model 31011, 31012
The 31011 & 31012 is designed for life science applications, with 5-minute sample intervals and preset alarms. These features of the device make it ideal for shipping products such as clinical trial drugs, shipping vaccines, insulin, biologics and other pharmaceuticals. Model 31011 has 2°C/8°C low/high alarms for refrigerated conditions while model 31012 has 15°C/25°C alarms for CRT (Controlled Room Temperature) products.
