Electric tabletop poly bagger uses the same electronics as larger floor-standing baggers, ensuring quality and a multi-shift packaging solution that packages at a rate of up to 40 bags/min.

Swift Setup and Versatile Operation

The machine works without compressed air. Its compact dimensions (26” wide x 18”), weight (slightly over 100 lbs), and standard electrical outlet compatibility enable swift setup. The polybagger can be manually loaded or used in infeed devices with the PLC. Activation options include a footswitch, seal bar tapping, or automated methods.

The poly bagging machine accommodates poly bags on a roll up to 12” wide and 20” long. Its sealing magnet creates robust seals up to 5 mils thick. The touchscreen stores 50 jobs for easy setup. Pre-opened bags are loaded from the front, and no rear access is needed.

The tabletop bagger also includes extra features like a seal flattener that reduces seal wrinkles by stretching the polybag before sealing. It handles heavy items and tilts at the cycle end for easy product drop-off into a bin or conveyor. The load shelf angle can be adjusted for different products.

The electric polybagger features a built-in label printer applicator, suitable for variable data applications. This portable machine suits short-batch runs and manual packaging transitions. Safety is prioritised with CE-compliant design, ensuring gentle seal bar closure to prevent injuries.
