VCI Outdoor Liquid Solutions
VCI outdoor liquid solutions are a range of rust-prevention fluids designed to protect exposed metals and unpainted metal components from corrosion during manufacturing, usage, storage, export, lay-up, and preservation.
Versatile Rust Prevention
The liquid quickly evaporates, leaving a micro-thin layer of corrosion inhibitors adhered to the metal for long-lasting protection. They provide extended protection, reducing maintenance costs and increasing the lifespan of assets.
These volatile corrosion inhibitor solutions effectively shield metal components in outdoor environments from rust and corrosion, protecting against moisture, salt, humidity, and other corrosive elements. The anti-rust liquids, including hard-to-reach areas, can be applied through brushing, fogging, or spraying.
Long-lasting Corrosion Protection
VCI liquids provide extended protection in challenging outdoor conditions, reducing the need for frequent maintenance and replacement.
They are suitable for various metals, including steel, iron, aluminium, brass, copper, and more, and can be used on machinery, tools, pipelines, outdoor furniture, fences, and metal structures. We offer a range of formulations tailored to specific application requirements, allowing users to select the most suitable product for their needs

- Approvals: Manufactured to Mil-PRF-16173E, Grade 1, Class 1
VCI liquid (5200)
The liquid protects exposed and unpainted metal parts from rusting and corrosion. When applied, the brown, grease-like film dries as a semi-firm coating in 12-24 hours, providing protection that lasts for 3-6 months on equipment stored outdoors and up to 5 years when kept indoors. The liquid is ideally used for machinery, instruments, bearings and steel parts. To remove the coating, use a solvent or alkaline or emulsion cleaner.
- Protection Time: 3-6 months outdoors, up to 5 years indoors
- Appearance: Dries as a semi-firm coating
- Metal Protection: Steel, compatible with non-ferrous metals
- Also available in convenient 11 oz. aerosol spray
VCI liquid (5300)
The Nox-Rust 5300 displaces water and saline solutions to keep metal surfaces inside closed systems free from corrosion. Completely miscible with lubricating oils. Apply the fluid by dipping, spraying or brushing. After application, it dries as an oily film that can be handled after 3-6 hours.
- Protection Time: Up to 12 months
- Appearance: Brown, oily film
- Metal Protection: Steel, compatible with non-ferrous metals
- Also available in convenient 11 oz. aerosol spray
