Silver VCI Film
Silver VCI Film is a heat-sealable, non-dusting, and reusable polyethene film designed to protect silver-plated and precious metals from tarnish caused by oxidation and sulfide vapour.
Corrosion Resistance
The film can be directly applied to silver and other noble metals without staining or discolouration concerns. It leaves no particles or residue, preserving solderability, conductivity, and coatings.
The packaged components remain pristine and dry, eliminating the need for additional cleaning or rework before use. The transparent nature of the film enables easy visual inspection without opening. This corrosion-resistant film efficiently extracts sulfide vapours from enclosed environments, preventing tarnish formation.
Effective Protection Against Tarnish
This rust-preventing film can be used for electronic manufacturers and other applications involving solderability, conductivity, metal coatings, and consumer items such as coins, silverware, flatware, musical instruments, jewellery, strings, and accessories.
